Press Release

Held at the İstanbul Fair Center between 15–18 April 2026, the İstanbul Stationery Fair stood out not merely as a meeting point, but as a strategic platform where the industry was reshaped, trade accelerated, and global competition took center stage under the motto “Join. See. Shape the Future.

Organized by TÜKİD and 24 Saat Fuarcılık, the 32nd edition of the İstanbul Stationery Fair marked a powerful return after a 10-year hiatus, introducing a new scale, a new pace, and a new language of trade to the industry. Bringing together more than 100 exhibiting companies and over 500 brands across a 20,000 m² exhibition area, the organization united the sector’s manufacturing and commercial strength under one roof. The fair welcomed a total of 7,528 professionals, including 7,206 domestic and 322 international visitors, while its visitor profile extended across 75 cities in Türkiye and 49 countries worldwide. This strong participation and expanding international reach clearly demonstrated that the İstanbul Stationery Fair has evolved into not only a national meeting point, but also one of the industry’s major international trade hubs. The business connections established throughout the fair, the accelerated order processes, and the commercial decisions made directly on the show floor demonstrated that the organization had evolved beyond a conventional exhibition space into an active structure directly driving trade.

Strong Message from the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce
Şekib Avdagiç, President of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce, emphasized during the opening ceremony that the strong revival of the İstanbul Stationery Fair with a renewed organizational structure represented a significant transformation for the sector. Drawing attention to the production capacity and export strength of Türkiye’s stationery industry, Avdagiç stated that the fair would play an important role in opening new markets and supporting international growth.

One of the most remarkable highlights of the event, the “One Pen, One Story, Pens That Left a Mark” exhibition, attracted significant attention from visitors with the private collection of Prof. Dr. Muhittin Şimşek. Featuring special pens belonging to influential figures who shaped Türkiye’s recent history, the exhibition was visited by many distinguished guests, including Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism Serdar Çam, former Minister Prof. Dr. Nabi Avcı, and Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Vice President Mehmet Develioğlu.
